What Does this ultrasound Test Result Mean?

Hi, my uterus measures 7.4*4.5*3.7 cm . It is normal in size and anteverted in position. Myometrial echotexture is homogenous. No focal lesions seen. Endometrial echo complex is central in position and 6 mm in thickness.

Right ovary measures 4.4*2.8 cm --Follicle measuring 1.6*1.4 cm is seen.
Left ovary measures 3.5*1.9 cm

Hello. Your USG report has the following findings-
Uterus- normal size shape position, with no abnormality in the wall.
Normal lining of uterus (endometrium).
Normal sized ovaries, with a dominant follicle in the right.
(every cycle one follicle will outgrow the others and eventually rupture to release an egg).
In short- its a normal report.
